Submerged arc welding (SAW)

This welding system can be used for submerged arc welding and submerged arc build-up welding. It consists of a welding mast, roller supports and a power source. It can be used to obtain longitudinal and annular weld seams. The submerged arc welding head can be used for single wire to three-parallel wire designs for wire diameters up to a maximum of 5 mm. The presetting of set values for the welding current, arc voltage and welding speed in coordination with the respective power source ensures a high degree of automation.
