Duo rolling stand
The Duo rolling stand enables sheet and strip rolling, profile rolling, compound rolling, roll cladding and foil rolling, preferably of light metals. The plug-in axles with variable pairs of rollers allow various surface coatings, embossing or profile geometries to be applied to the rolling elements.

Fine rolling with edge-hardened solid rolling elements enables foil rolling with minimum final thicknesses of up to 0.05 mm. Hot rolling is also possible thanks to heatable rolling elements (up to 75 °C), roll material feeds and the heating of the rolled material. Force gauges on the roll stand enable the computer-aided recording of rolling forces of up to 300 kN.
