Roll forming system

The roll forming line is designed for the production of tubular profiles based on steel and light metal. Slit strips are fed from the coil or as blanks, which are formed into tubes in a continuous bending process. In the final longitudinal seam welding process (TIG, plasma, etc.), the profiles are sealed. For research purposes, the system can be expanded with various peripheral devices in order to pursue a new approach to producing profile composites with internal reinforcement using metal foam parts based on aluminum or magnesium.
