Cyclic Material Testing

In cyclic material testing, samples are subjected to cyclic loading in order to investigate the fatigue behavior of the materials and make service life predictions. Testing methods here include low and high cycle fatigue and IST (incremental step tests) at specimen temperatures up to 1200 °C. These tests are carried out on our servo-hydraulic testing machines (up to 100 kN). Rotational bending tests according to DIN 50113 can also be carried out to determine material life and Wöhler curves. The tests can also be carried out in corrosive media.
