Protective gas chamber for XHV-compatible processes

This glove box is used for working with non-transmitted thermal plasma arcs. In an argon or helium atmosphere with residual oxygen levels < 25 ppm, investigations are carried out on the melting behaviour and wetting of materials, on processes on the metal surface and in the arc welding process.
